We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Description of Service

SunWhen is a free web application that provides sun visibility forecasts based on weather data and astronomical calculations. The Service:

• Predicts when the sun will be visible at your location
• Displays current weather conditions
• Shows hourly cloud cover forecasts
• Allows customization of cloud cover thresholds

The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. Weather Forecast Disclaimer

Important: Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain and should not be relied upon for critical decisions. SunWhen provides predictions based on third-party weather data, and we cannot guarantee accuracy.

You acknowledge that:

• Forecasts may be inaccurate, especially for periods more than 24 hours ahead
• Weather conditions can change rapidly and unexpectedly
• The Service should not be used for safety-critical planning
• You use forecast information at your own risk

SunWhen is not responsible for any decisions made based on our forecasts or any consequences thereof.

4. Location Data

The Service requires location data to provide forecasts. By using the Service, you consent to:

• Browser-based geolocation (if you grant permission)
• Manual entry of coordinates
• Transmission of location data to weather API providers

We do not store your location data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

All content, design, graphics, and code comprising the Service are owned by SunWhen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo under their terms of service. We acknowledge their contribution to making this Service possible.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers:

• Open-Meteo: Weather forecast data
• Google Analytics: Usage analytics
• Advertising partners: Display advertising

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or availability.

8. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements to support free operation. By using the Service, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of the user experience
• Not use ad-blocking technology that interferes with our advertising
• Understand that ad content is provided by third parties

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
